Here is another quick and healthy breakfast you can have in the mornings. If you love spinach and eggs then this is the breakfast to have. This is especially good if you are short on time.
The great thing is you can wilt your spinach to your preference. Some people prefer a slight bite to their spinach whereas others like it really soft. Spinach is full of iron which is good for you. Another thing, you can have done to your preference is your egg.
Prep: 5 mins
Cooking time- 15-20 mins
Serves: 2 people
- 2 medium sized eggs
- 1 pack of spinach
-1 Tsp Marjoram
-1 Tsp chives
-1 Tsp parsley (coriander is another option)
-1 Tsp Garlic Paste
-Salt and pepper to taste
Wash and drain the excess water from the spinach leaves (prep).
Fry some butter and garlic paste on low to medium heat.
Add the spinach leaves to the frying pan until wilted.
Add marjoram and parsley.
Distribute the spinach on two plates.
Add some oil to the frying pan.
Fry the eggs and add salt, pepper, chives and parsley on a medium heat.
Serve on a plate.
