This summer, I have experiment with a range of different salads. I love the fact that this salad has velvety spinach leaves, juicy tomatoes and salty olives. The olive oil and garlic paste creates a smooth dressing with the herbs.
The key things that make a great salad are colour, texture and flavour and this salad is no exception. Here is how to make this delicious yet simple salad.
-2 Spring Onion
-Chopped Garlic Paste
-Chopped Black Olives
-1/2 Tsp Parsley
-1/2 Tsp Chives
-1/2 Tsp Basil
-2 Tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
Chop the spring onions into pieces and add into the salad bowl.
Chop the cherry tomatoes in half and place in a salad bowl.
Add a handful of spinach leaves.
Add a spoonful of chopped olives from the jar.
Add garlic paste, olive oil and herbs and mix.
