Summer berry Fruit Yogurt

Here’s another one yogurt for the summer. I used a range of summer berries in this yogurt. Most of the berries are quite sweet but raspberries are quite sharp in taste.

I prefer my yogurt sweet but if you prefer a tang in your summer berry yogurt then add more raspberries. However, if you prefer a sweet yogurt then add more honey. You get a real thick consistency and an amazing dark rich red colour when you puree the berries together. The colour and the glossy shine is just beautiful.

What I have also done with the yogurt is add creme fraiche for extra thickness. There are so many benefits to making your own yogurt. The unlimited choices in fruit that you can use to incorporate into your diet as well as how sweet you make it. This is great to make for summer parties or just for your family to enjoy in the evening after a meal.
