Summer Fruits Smoothie


 
 

I made my first summer fruit smoothie. The sweetness of the honey and strawberries balances out the sharp raspberries.


In terms of health, get vitamin A, calcium and zinc from the raspberries. From the blackberries you get vitamin C. Also from the strawberries you receive vitamin C and they contain antioxidant. Those are a lot of health benefits from this smoothies that is so simple to make.

 

Prep: 10 mins

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients

-1 packet of Blackberries

-1/2 a packet of Raspberries

-1/2 a packet of Strawberries

-2 Tbsp Honey

-Semi skimmed milk (Coconut milk works as well).


 

Instructions


  1. Wash the fruits and put in a blend

  2. Add 2 Tbsp Honey

  3. Add the semi skimmed milk

  4. Blend until smooth (drink will turn purple).

  5. Pour into two glasses.
