BBQ chicken wings and Jacket Potatoes

This is a quick and easy meal to have during the week if you are on the go. On this occasion, I have just used plain BBQ and seasoned the chicken and covered them in tin foil and placed in the oven at 189-200 degrees Celsius depending on your oven.

The great thing is that you can season the chicken for as long as you need to. Not to give too much away but I will show you how to vary your BBQ seasoning and still have meals that are quick and easy to make for you or your family. Watch this space...

As for the jacket potatoes, I have been experimenting with the seasoning. Instead of just putting butter, salt and pepper, I have put butter with garlic seasoning/salt and herbs such as parsley or chives. These give a brilliant flavour to the potato and makes it more interestingly delicious. You can make a salad with this meal as well for your 5 a day.
