If you love mushrooms and spinach then this is a great breakfast to have. The mushrooms have a meaty texture and the leafy spinach complements the cream and the meaty mushrooms.
In addition, you have some great seasonings in here like chopped garlic, marjoram and parsley. These simple ingredients create a fantastic combination in flavour. Definitely one to have for breakfast or brunch.

Cooking time: 15-20 mins
-4 Chestnut Mushrooms (chopped into slices).
-2 handful of spinach
-Spring onion (chopped into pieces).
-1 tsp Garlic Paste
-1 tsp Parsley
-1 knob of butter
-5 Tbsp double cream
-Salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the mushrooms and wipe them with a tissue.
Wash the spring onion.
Chop the mushrooms into pieces.
Chop the spring onion into pieces.
Fry butter and garlic paste on a medium heat.
Place butter and spring onion in the pan until cooked.
Add 5 Tbsp cream (more if you prefer) to the frying pan.
Add 1 Tsp parsley.
Mix until the cream is a golden colour.
Add the spinach and mix until wilted.
Serve on a plate with toast.
Garnish the mushrooms with parsley.
