This is a typical fry up that I have in my house (although I am experimenting a lot). It is quick and easy to do. I tend to have my eggs runny but well done works as well. In terms of seasoning and herbs garlic salt with coriander or parsley work best in my opinion.
You also have the flavours of the chestnut mushrooms and the velvety spinach. The best thing about a fry up is that they are very versatile and you can make them healthy.
Prep: 15 mins
Cooking time: 30 mins
-6 Mushroom (chopped)
-3 handfuls of spinach
-Salt and pepper to taste
Wash the spinach leaves and drain them.
Wash the mushroom.
Chop the mushrooms into slices.
Fry butter on a medium heat until melted.
Add mushroom to the pan.
Fry the mushrooms until sautéed.
Add the garlic paste or herbs.
Fry the spinach leaves until wilted.
Place the mushrooms and spinach on plates and in the oven to keep warm.
Add oil to the pan if dry.
Fry egg on low medium heat until cooked to your preference.
