Lemon and Parsley Chicken Wings and Jacket Potato and Sour Cream Dip

This meal was really quick to make and I made it with a salad on the side. I seasoned the chicken in lemon and parsley (I also added butter to the seasoning). These chicken wings were placed in the oven covered to seal flavour. I cover my meats in aluminium foil.

Jacket potatoes were also placed in the oven until brown and had butter and seasoning when served on a plate. I made my own sour cream dip using garlic salt, parsley and chives. This dip has such a cooling effect when eaten with the food.

The great thing about having this dip is you can either dip your chicken wings in the sour cream or put it inside your potato. In addition to this, it takes less than five minutes to make.
