Spicy BBQ Chicken wings and Sweet Potato Mash

This is a great meal to do during the week or at the weekend (you might need a head start on seasoning the chicken or peeling the potatoes). I like BBQ chicken or meat for that matter. However, I like it when there is added sweetness or spice to it.

Using the BBQ as the base of the marinade you just add seasoning like chilli paste, garlic and some herbs. If you have time to spare you can leave the chicken wings to marinade. If not then you just get to it straight away. I like cooking chicken wings using the oven. They taste really delicious and they go really well with silky sweet potato mash.
