This is one of my go to breakfast meals if I want something light and cooked. Also it is quick to make and takes no more than five minutes. I love buttery spinach on toast. It’s soft, velvety texture is great against warm toast. Also you can wilt the leaves to your discretion.
The best thing about spinach is that it is packed with iron which is great if you are constantly on the go. This is also a great snack to have if you have any left over spinach in your fridge.
