Sticky BBQ chicken wings and baby potatoes

Sticky sweet BBQ chicken wings are great. I like to use Sweet Baby Ray’s Sticky BBQ as my base. Then I like to add honey for extra sweetness as well as the herbs. It add more depth in terms of flavour. The best thing is to place them in a Pyrex dish and cover with aluminium foil so it seals all of the flavour and make the chicken wings tender and soft.

These wings go really well with the savoury roast potatoes which I just placed in the oven too. This is a great weekday or Saturday night meal that is quick and fry way to have.
