Another simple weekday meal that you can make with lots of veg. What makes this meal so quick and easy is that you can use a ready stir fry pack along with the other vegetables I bought separately as well.

There’s mushrooms, crunchy baby sweetcorn and mange toute and velvety spinach. The most you will have to do is prep some of the veg and cut the meat. In terms of seasoning, I used a ready made black bean sauce from a jar.

Also, the egg noodles you just mix with the vegetables when cooked in the wok. All you have to do is stir the seasoning in while you cook the food. Quick and tasty food done in a quick amount of time. This is literally all done in one pit so it cuts on washing up too.
