Cayenne and honey Chicken wings and Cheese, Broccoli, Sweetcorn and Mushroom Pasta

Serves: 6

-1 pack of shell pasta

-1 Broccoli

-1 tin of Sweetcorn

-1 pack of grated cheddar cheese

-1 pack of mozzarella cheese

-1 tsp parsley

-1 tsp oregano

-1 tsp basil

-salt and pepper to taste

-1 tub of large double cream

-1 pack of large chicken wings

Chicken Marinade

-1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic paste

-2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper

-1 Tbsp Honey

-1 Tsp Parsley

-1 Tsp Coriander

-1 Tsp Tarragon


1. Wash the chicken wings

2. Create the honey and cayenne chicken marinade and season the chicken wings.

3. Add the chicken wings into the honey and cayenne marinade and season them.

4. Place the chicken wings onto a grill in the oven or onto a large Pyrex dish.

5. Cook the chicken wings at 200-250 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.

6. Boil the Pasta for 15-20 mins

7. Drain the past and place back into the pot.

8. Add butter and mix the pasta.

9.Add the broccoli and Sweetcorn.

9. Add the cream and mix the pasta

10. Add the herbs to the pasta along with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

*Serve on a plate
