Egg on Toast
This is the most simple way to have eggs for breakfast. I prefer to have my yolks runny or soft. In addition, I have become accustomed to having my eggs seasoned with herbs, which was something that I was exposed to when I ate breakfast at other restaurants. Plus the herbs make the eggs look more appealing to eat.
If you are strapped for time but still need something substantial for breakfast then this is for you. Eggs are versatile and the best thing is that you can cook your eggs anyway you want.
Prep: 5 mins
Cooking: 10 mins
- 2 medium sized eggs
- 2 Pieces of toast
-1 Tsp chives
-1 Tsp parsley (coriander is another option)
-Your favourite sauce
Add the oil to the frying pan and use medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the pan and fry.
Add the herbs and seasoning to your egg.
Toast the bread
Serve on a plate with egg on top of the toast.
