Watercress leaves Salad

If you are looking for ideas for salads for summer parties, then look no further. I wanted to make a different kind of salad and I came across watercress leaves in Tesco. Up until now I have never tried watercress leaves in a salad. It has quite a strong taste to it (like a peppery taste) but it goes well in leafy salads because of its rough texture.

In addition to this salad, I have crunchy sweetcorn, sweet cherry tomatoes, velvety spinach and romaine lettuce for extra crunch. The herbs also go really well with the salad. I will be experimenting and making a few salad for you to try and enjoy.
