Wild Leaves Salad

Here is another salad that I made. I was really tired but I wanted to make something really quick but healthy. If you are having one of those days, get a packet of salad leaves with a variety of colour and texture.

Again, I used garlic paste and olive oil gives a smooth texture for a dressing. It also means I use less salt, which is healthier for me in the long term. The best thing about the salads is that they are all adaptable.



-Salad leaves pack

-Cherry tomatoes

-Chopped black olives

-Chopped green olives

-Garlic olive oil

-1 Tsp Garlic paste

-1 Tsp Parsley

-1 Tsp Chives

-1 Tsp Basil



  1. Chop cherry tomatoes in half and place in the salad bowl.

  2. Add the chopped green and black olives to the salad bowl.

  3. Add the wild leaves to the salad bowl.

  4. Add the garlic olive oil, garlic paste and mix.

  5. Add the herbs and mix further.

  6. Serve in a bowl
