Strawberry and Kiwi Smoothie



I love drinking smoothies especially in the spring and summer. They are refreshing and a great way for you to get your 5 a day intake. They are quick to make and prep time is minimal depending on the fruit.

You can mix and match all of the fruit and even use vegetables. I have made a range of smoothies and I will posting these on here now that summer is making its way.

This particular smoothie is not as sweet as the others but it still tastes just as good and you add more honey or banana to suit your tastebuds.


Prep time: 5 mins

Serves: 2




-2 Tbsp of Honey

-Milk (Coconut milk is even better)

*Soy milk can also be used


  1. Wash all of the fruit

  2. Cut the top end of the strawberries

  3. Put into a blender

  4. Peel the kiwi’s skin off

  5. Put the kiwi into the blender

  6. Blend the fruit into a pulp

  7. Add honey to the blender

  8. Add milk to the blender

  9. Blend until creamy and smooth

  10. Serve in a glass.
